2017 Highlight and Round Up

2017 has been a year out of the competition scene but still with plenty of action going on.

It’s been great to get on the new Red Paddle Co boards whether that’s been in race mode or taking the Whip for a few waves at Surf Snowdonia.

Instructor courses have also been busy, travelling overseas and in the UK to run these. With some great locations like Hurst Castle.

I’ve also done some of my favourite ever trips this year, with the Yacht and SUP retreat in and around Poole Harbour and the Brownsea Island retreat making the best out of some amazing spots.

The British SUP Club Champs also saw it’s 5th year and is still going from strength to strength, with over 200 paddlers taking part.

More and more juniors continue to come in as well, and it was great to see the BaySUP Juniors take the BSCC event yet again.

So 2018 should see me back in competition mode with plenty else planned. But until then check out the gallery below for the highlights of this year.

A massive thanks to Red Paddle Co, Hey Dude Shoes, SUUNTO and Palm Equipment for the ongoing support. Also to everyone that has been on a course, watched a video or been paddling with me this year.
