British Sailing Team

This year I’ve been focussed on working within the British Sailing Team IQ Foil Project and after a Europeans and an equivalent World Championships the team have made some great successes and look well launched for the winter training block as they continue to push towards 2024. Check out the latest BST article. The team and I went to Lake Garda for the 2020 IQ international games, full of fun and great to see what everyone has to offer.

Wing Instructor Course

It’s also been a year of new things and development. The Wing has arrived and if you haven’t tried it yet you should. I’m honoured to have been involved with the first ever BKSA/BSUPA Wing Instructor course delivered with BKSA’s head Trainer and all-round Foiling Jedi Andy Gratwick. The scheme looks like a great addition to schools with so many options for development from all sectors of watersports.

Neilson Holidays 2021

After missing a year in Lesvos, I am very excited to get out next year for Foiling and Intermediate clinics with Neilson. If you haven’t been it’s a must, perfect conditions to learn or improve in the warm waters!

Last month I took over as Windsurf Magazine test editor and was lucky enough to get stuck into the latest crop of 85LTR wave boards. Check out the test reports plus loads of other great stuff in last month’s magazine!
